Chaslivtsi
Chaslivtsi is a village in Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine, within Uzhhorod Raion. It is situated near Uzhhorod in the lowland settlement zone of the region. The village historically formed part of the settlement network of Ung County. A Hungarian community is still present, while the settlement functions in a multilingual environment. Chaslivtsi shows the rural built character and agricultural background typical of the area. Its proximity to Uzhhorod influences local employment and access to services. Religious and community institutions are part of village life. The settlement is also known by the Hungarian name Császlóc in Transcarpathian Hungarian usage. Today its role is primarily that of a residential and agricultural village.
